By accessing or using FabForward Cobot Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and fab-forward, Inc. ("fab-forward", "we", "us", or "our").
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
FabForward Cobot Studio is a browser-based robot simulation and teaching tool focused on the FAIRINO FR5 collaborative robot. It provides a 3D kinematics simulator, a teach pendant interface, motion planning, trajectory validation, and program export features for evaluation, educational, and engineering-preview purposes.
The Service is provided as a hosted web application. No software is sold or licensed to Users; all simulation runs in your browser via our hosted servers.
THE SIMULATOR AND ALL EXPORTED ROBOT PROGRAMS ARE NOT VALIDATED FOR SAFETY-CRITICAL USE.
The Service is provided for evaluation, educational, and engineering-preview purposes only. It is not a certified safety tool. Simulation results, motion plans, and exported programs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. They have not been validated against any safety standard (including but not limited to ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, or any applicable national regulation).
Before executing any program or motion on real hardware, you must independently verify all motion, joint limits, speeds, and trajectories on the actual robot in a controlled environment with all applicable safety measures in place. This verification is solely your responsibility.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAB-FORWARD, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:
(a) use of or inability to use the Service;
(b) execution of any exported robot program on real hardware;
(c) any damage to equipment, property, or infrastructure;
(d) personal injury or death;
(e) any economic or business loss.
You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and any exported programs. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless fab-forward, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any exported programs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
You agree not to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
(b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related systems;
(c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service, its servers, or any connected network;
(d) decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service;
(e) use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications;
(f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
The Service, including its software, design, user interface, and all related documentation, is proprietary to fab-forward, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
You may use the Service solely for the purposes described in Section 2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
FAIRINO and all other product names, logos, and brands mentioned in or in connection with the Service are property of their respective owners. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
